At the partner plant, the presses, benders and the automatic powder-coating line do the parts that have to be identical. Everything after that is people — hand-painting, assembly, and a QC technician sitting on every line rather than at the end of it.
That is why the sample you approve in March is the piece that lands in October.
We are the export arm. Production runs at the Fujian metal-crafts plant we have worked with for years — ten thousand square metres, 240 people, plus a 1,200 m² showroom. Forming, powder coating, hand-painting and packing all sit under one roof, which is why a spec change costs days instead of weeks. Come and walk it with us; we will book the hotel.
