This is a trade website. We would rather tell you plainly what happens to your data than bury it in six pages of boilerplate.
When you add styles to a selection, the list — style numbers, names, thumbnails and any quantities you type — is stored in your own browser using localStorage. It never leaves your device unless you press a button that sends it. It is not a cookie and we cannot read it remotely.
The same applies to the company name, buyer name, programme and date you may type on the linesheet page. Those exist so you do not have to retype them tomorrow.
Clearing it is entirely in your hands: press Clear all in the selection panel, or clear site data for this domain in your browser settings.
If you submit the inquiry form or email your selection, we receive what you typed: your name, company, email address, country, the drop you are buying for, your message, and the styles you picked. We use it for one thing — to quote you and to carry on the conversation.
That information goes into our internal sales system and is kept while there is a live commercial relationship, and for up to three years after the last contact, after which it is deleted. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone outside the companies that have to handle your order.
The website is served from Alibaba Cloud OSS in Hong Kong and its DNS runs through Cloudflare. Like every web host, they record standard request logs — IP address, time, page requested, browser string — for delivery and security. Those are their logs under their retention policies.
Because our servers are outside the EU and UK, data reaching us is transferred to China and Hong Kong. If you are in the EU or UK and would rather that did not happen, do not submit the form — email us directly instead.
We do not run advertising trackers, analytics cookies, pixels or remarketing tags on this site. There is no cookie banner because we set no cookies — the selection tool uses localStorage, which is not shared with anyone.
So that we know which product lines buyers actually open, we record an event when a style is added to or removed from a selection, when the linesheet page is opened, and when a linesheet is printed. Each event stores:
We use this to understand demand and, where the network clearly belongs to a company we already trade with or are trying to reach, to follow up commercially. Our lawful basis in the EU and UK is legitimate interest in business-to-business trade. You can object — one email and we will delete your records and stop.
These events are collected by a Cloudflare Worker on t.xmteeking.com, stored on
Cloudflare infrastructure, and copied into our own sales system. They are deleted after
24 months.
If you would rather not be recorded at all, block t.xmteeking.com in your browser
or use any standard content blocker. The site works exactly the same without it — nothing on this
website depends on that request succeeding.
If you are in the EU, the UK, California or anywhere with equivalent law, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. One email is enough and we will act on it within 30 days — no form, no account required.

Put “data request” in the subject line and it will be dealt with rather than treated as an inquiry.
